Method of Preparation
1. Use mildly warm water with salt added to taste, and thoroughly knead Ajmi Steam MadeTM Puttu Podi till all of it is evenly moist. Set aside for 15 minutes for the mixture to become soft.
2. Fill the Puttu Maker with the mixture, adding grated coconut as shown in the picture on the packet.
3. Steam it till there is a continuous flow of steam coming from Puttu Maker.
